ALL A GREAT BIG SCAM!!! update II

So what? That has been known for decades by many of us. Now Walayat slaps us too. I guess I shouldn't waste cyberspace stating the obvious, but I do want those of you that don't believe this can go on for much longer to understand this is NOTHING new for the game. Yes....it is more extreme than previous manipulations and like all the others it will end badly but it is what it is. Hope you all had a nice weekend and lets make money. I for one am hoping for a little red today and will buy back some of my favorite miners if I get a chance. GFI EGO ANV (already have enough AUY) SSRI SLW. HERE is a WAYALAT excerpt....

There is no point crying market manipulation because, YES the markets ARE manipulated! This is something that has been apparent to me from very early in my trading career, in fact the day after the 1987 crash (19 Oct 2007 - How a Newbie Beat the Great Crash!), so probably also for many, many decades before then. So what ? In fact it makes it easier to arrive at firm conclusions such as that March 2009 was the TIME to buy BECAUSE the markets ARE manipulated, it IS because the SMART money (the dark pools of capital) which is doing the manipulations, however they CANNOT hide their manipulation from the price charts which is why one can rely on experience and on going analysis to GUESS as to why markets will enter into a bull market, but the reasons only become obvious AFTER the market has risen by more than 50%, as I warned off in Mid March 2009 - (15 Mar 2009 - Stealth Bull Market Follows Stocks Bear Market Bottom at Dow 6,470).

Q. How can you be bullish on stocks and bearish on the Economy.

A. The markets move ahead of the economy, whilst I don't profess to know the EXACT reasons of why they will move AHEAD until that becomes apparent AFTER the market has already moved, however I do have some reasoning in that INFLATION, Zero Interest Rates (Forcing savers / financial institutions to take risks) Quantitative Easing (money printing), and HUGE Fiscal stimulus packages that are laying all of the ground work for the next bubble regardless of how bad things appear as any outcome that prevents another Great Depression will be seen as bullish! i.e. even a low growth high inflation stagflationary environment WILL be seen as a positive outcome against the present day data that points to a collapse of global demand on a scale not seen since the Great Depression. The governments HAVE learned the lessons from the Great Depression and WILL succeed in inflating the asset prices and ignite the next perhaps even bigger bubble, meanwhile the stealth bull market will continue which by the time everyone realizes what's going on stocks will already by up by perhaps more than 50% from the low.

I see much of the above recently being mentioned by many BlogosFear sites such as ZeroHedge after the markets have risen, though tainted with conclusions that it is unsustainable, however missing the whole point that the rally in asset prices is in actual fact the TRIGGER for the economic recovery as the above indicates.

So dear reader, Yes, not just the markets, but EVERYTHING that involves human activity is MANIPULATED, EVERYTHING, that is how we have grown to number 7 billion manipulators across the globe, it is imprinted in our genes to manipulate our environment either as individuals or groups, countries, continents and even the sum of the whole through mechanisms that humans have put into place. Where humans are concerned there is no natural order, natures law, we have long since left environmental pressures that impact on other Earth creatures long since behind and live in a bubble of human created reality.

Realise this and you will stop worrying about the obvious such as why Gold prices are not already at $5,000, because there is a greater weight of human manipulation depressing Gold prices than that countered by gold bugs wanting to manipulate gold prices higher through their own propaganda and buying pressure.

update I. this may not be "it" but this is what "it" will begin as...an innocuous Reuters evening summary like this.

  2. Red,

These are the days the best gap traders in the world including Clif Droke make real money. Most are scared shitless and stay in the side lines while experienced hyenas and jackals make a killing.

  3. played the GFI gap today 30cents...slw good too...and AUY from yesterday...not a bad day.....still have core...and will trade around...no SWC now......so sad.

  4. kli,

slowly but surely you are getting it, in the case of SGY and SOL today you did not have to worry about GS, the MMs palyed it perfectly. It's like riding a bike, the more you do it the more you get the hang of it. Market always talks to you.

  5. Red,

    Take a look at CNAM chart, 20 and 50MA;

  6. MPG has been on a tear past couple of months.

  7. Joe,

Been trading around a core of AUY.

Sold at 10.44 and picked some back up at 10.33.

Do you think AUY has got more left in it?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Dave,

If Gold breaks 1150 then AUY will have more run in it, having said that always take profit and leave room to average down.

  9. CNAM's 20ma is around 8.18, seems like it's making a run from there, caution is still advised since MMs are taking out margin calls as well in this one. I like this puppy.

    Joe

  10. Sorry I am a little slow this morning. CNAM is a gift off the 50 dma around $6. Right now $8.22 it has cut through the 20 dma or middle of daily Bollinger, lower Bollinger at around low 7s, entry if you want a bounce and the party in the S&P is still going towards the 200 week moving average at 1225. Gold and oil advancing along with the rest of the market due to quiet from the Fed. Outside of quick trades I am wary of holding positions for too long at these nose bleed levels.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Red,

MMs are taking out margin calls, 50ma is definitely great gift, it all depends on whether they keep it around 8s or not, if not then next support is 7.

  12. Took a slice of CNAM here for a trading core..

  13. that shake out of me on jag trade last week was classic

    ReplyDelete
  14. kli,

Good move since it's already at 20ma and worst case scenario is that due to margin calls MMs take it down to 50ma which is 6. CNAM earned 0.55 a share and their current PE is low.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  15. kli,

Do not be scared and do not let them shake you out of your shares, descipline is a MUST.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  16. Kli, I puked at a wash point on JAG myself.

It's very hard to remind myself to be patient and wait for the MM's extreme pain and fear point for the swing trades.

But paper trades should still be discretionary for people who can still afford to take some pain. Physical gold, tax free Alpo and a heated dog house is still the longer term plan.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Red,

THINK like THEM, I know you can do it, trade just like you view politics or economy. Also do not be surprised if 200 in S&P which is 125 is not broken to the upside before FED starts taking liquidity out, this one is starting to play like 1974 to 1976 in which market suprpassed 61.8 and reached 100% of the retracement.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  18. I meant 1225 not 125.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  19. I would not be surprised at all if their plan is to get S&P to 1300 before real TOP is reached, FED can execute their plan after wards. I have seen it all especially what happened from 1974 to 1976, FED engineered that one to perfection as well.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  20. MPG is kicking some serious butt today.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  21. Also, do not ASSUME that taking S&P to 1300 means oil over 100, they can keep oil in range and around 85 to 95 while taking S&P to 1300. You are talking about the greatest power known to man from manipulation perspective and it's called central bank.

    Joe

  22. kli,

my hunch on CNAM and my entry at 8.18 paid off. It's over 8.40 now

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  23. slw threatening to break its 52 week high

    ReplyDelete
  24. FED can take it 1300 or 1500 easily if they wanted, the problem is the short end of the Yield Curve. Right now precious metals, base metals, energy, and Alpo are better to hold in the short term than Treasury bills or notes. Since the stick won't work at these levels the Fed will have to offer a carrot, just a matter of the manner and timing. I personally expect it will be at a point of maximum pain for the stagflation long term traders like Soros and any hedgies caught up. Stagflation is coming but not after the FED slaughters the current players.

CNAM for the moment is a MM controlled game at the moment and detached from the general market. If there is enough to squeeze they will otherwise they will let it drop to at least the lower band around 7.25.

  25. caught my sol trigger earlier just saw i sold at .23 heheheh.....gonna go hit balls ....have fun gang

    Joe

  27. Joe..you are the best dude, a real heavy hitter. Your timing was great especially with CNAM, thanks for making me money. I always listen and act on what you say.

    Jim

    ReplyDelete
  28. I agree, Joe is the best I have seen.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yep pretty brutal Joe, CNAM is it's own monster in it's own arena doesn't really care about the rest market. Simultaneously forcing margin calls on longs and then squeezing the hell out of the shorts in the half hour. Definitely play if you have cash only and for now only on the long side, no margins on this low float monster.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Red,

CNAM earned 0.55, even if market assigns a low PE of 20, this puppy should be at least trading at 11. I have traded AMEX stocks a lot and learned long time ago that good stocks with low floats sometimes remain below their real price due to SPECIALIST MMs manipuilating it and with this one it was very obvious to me margin calls were taken out and then add to it low float and low outstanding shares and you get violent moves in either direction.

    Joe

    ReplyDelete
  31. All,

For those of you who are not familiar with my buddy immred6, do not assume that just because he does not trade much or decides to stay away from the market that he is no good, on the contrary, he is a very knowledgable man in many areas including politics and economy and I have lot of respect for him.

  33. Damn missed all the fun. My flight was delaye out of Phoenix so I missed my connection at LAX so now I spend the night in LA and leave tomorrow.

My stop on XRA was hit and took me out with a 20% gain. JAG still holding up well with my trailing stop protecting a 10% gain.

Still holding SOL missed out on trading the gap. Also holding SLW at break even.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I have been able to tell that about Immred6 Joe, he's on the right side of it. I am busy but running some May options ITM rather than the usual trading style expecting the melt up to carry them with the tide and make these winners. - Anaylze.

  38. Temo, I'm swamped but still kicking, just not able to post as much lately. It seems like anything analysis related is not really needed anyway in this phase. She just keeps on a goin' higher. I believe this approach I have works on the options side at least for a swing since there is no gift entry where something is going to pull back dramatically, and I have not been able to watch close enough for gap trades. - Analyze.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Analyze I hear you. Been a hectic trip here. But having limited time to trade has helped me to gain some patience. Picking my entry and then setting my stop and remaining confident in my analysis instead of getting scared out of positions has been working well.

  41. Woodcarver,

If you choose to play CNAM, only go long and no margin. Joe identified the safe long entry point, and Kli pounced. Risks increases as you are at the extremes on an hourly basis from a major bitch slapping from the MMs. Entry is based on combination of hourly RSI, Slow Stochs and MACD for swing trade. Gap trades can be done separately or around a swing trade core. Right now it looks like an ascending triangle but it could just as easily become an ascending wedge if the Fed pops some air out before 1225.

8.55 is around the 20 dma, upper bollinger band 10 lower bollinger band 7.25, with band tightening so there will be a violent move coming up.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Temo, some positions are very hot making the entries tough like I mentioned, if you can get in ride the wave. Some of the others you do get downdrafts (like your JAG favorite), and then it takes some kahoonas to make the entry for the next swing up. Hard to believe an uptrend is hard to play - the disbelief rally continues. - Analyze.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Analyze JAG and XRA have been very good to me.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Temo, if those ponies work for you ride them until they are knackered. I find a history of success in positions has that added bonus of your mind telling you that you will win the next trade as well, it removes the hestitation on entries that you might have in something else. Also you have the buffer of past winnings that you are essentially playing from anyway if one goes the other way. - Analyze.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Joe I am also first time poster but have been reading your posts in a regular basis, took advantage of the CNAM charts you posted earlier today along with your analysis and bought at 8.25, many thanks!

  46. Frank,

Good to hear you are making money, do not forget to take profit, Red's analysis about an hour ago and his response to woodcarver is CORRECT. CNAM is undervalued based on earnings ( 0.55 a share profit) and the sector it resides in, be aware of specialist MMs who control AMEX stocks and only try to go long in this one, float is low and moves are violent.

  50. Woodcarver,

SWC has been a monster this yr due to explosion in the price of palladium which hit 2 yr high and great trade between 10 and 14, go back and look at historical prices for SWC on yahoo within 15, 30, and 60MA. When market corrected in late january and early FEB SWC came down from 14 to 9.50 and from there got to the recent highs again. SWC's performance is directly related to performance of physical price of palladium and overall market. Check the physical price of palladium in daily basis thru following link and also if we get a 5% correction in DOW and S&P that would give you nice entry to SWC some where between 10 and 12. If palladium prices does not retreat soon and chinese, Indians, Russians and others keep eating it up then it might not retrace lower than 11s.

  54. Kli & RED

Take a look at SCOK around February 8th and NOW, this is what it can happen when a good stock with good earnings and low float decides to get out of AMEX since it's manipulated too much by Specialist MMs and move into NASDAQ, this is what CNAM needs as well:

    Joe: Go ahead!

Immred: Tell you what, we coulda had a good life together! Fuckin' real good life! Had us a place of our own. But you didn't want it, Joe! So what we got now is Ponzi Mountain! Everything's built on that! That's all we got, boy, fuckin' all. So I hope you know that, even if you don't never know the rest! You count the damn few times we have been together in nearly twenty years and you measure the short fucking leash you keep me on - and then you ask me about Mexico and tell me you'll kill me for needing somethin' I don't hardly never get. You have no idea how bad it gets! I'm not you... I can't make it on a coupla high-altitude fucks once or twice a year! You are too much for me Joe, you sonofawhoreson bitch! I wish I knew how to quit you.

Joe: [crying] Well, why don't you? Why don't you just let me be? It's because of you Red, that I'm like this! I'm nothin'... I'm nowhere... Get the fuck off me! I can't stand being like this no more, Red.
