THE GAME... TAKE UM DOWN

Any good ponzi only dreams of one this powerful. Complete and absolute power. What do you do when your money printing creates an unwanted side effect, like rising energy prices? Stop printing? If you did then the precipitant drop in the equities market would be self-defeating. Let's see .... what would you do in the greatest controlled markets ever???

from ZH and Reuters... •( RTR ) 04/21 02:30PM OBAMA SAYS HAS ASKED ATTORNEY GENERAL TO CREATE TEAM TO "ROOT OUT" FRAUD, MANIPULATION IN OIL MARKETS THAT COULD HIT GAS PRICES
•( RTR ) 04/21 02:31PM OBAMA, IN PREPARED REMARKS, SAYS TEAM'S FOCUS WILL INCLUDE OIL MARKET TRADERS AND SPECULATORS
•( RTR ) 04/21 02:31PM OBAMA SAYS WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE IN OIL MARKET IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR THEIR OWN SHORT-TERM GAIN

You direct a surgical attack on commodities. You declare a "froth" within the MSM. Shows like CNBS have analyst after analyst coming out to tell you how overvalued oil is due to a drop in demand (after having them tell you oil was going to 150/bl just a few weeks ago). Set up the shorts and crush um like bugs.... Frankly I don't give a shit about the oil longs. I just wanted to show you how the game is played. The reason oil went so high was two fold.... 1) We are printing enormous ammounts of money that must go somewhere and oil is a defacto currency 2) There were several large short positions that GS wanted and my guess is ....they got um.

The PTB are taking down gold and silver in the AH market which of course has been their M.O. Pound fear into the weak hands and let them choke and puke like the newbie wannabes they are. You should never play in this casino if you don't know the rules. Get out and take your marbles. This game is going to get a lot uglier. I guarantee it. Look for silver to break 30. Gold should get to 1430...I hope. Oil is going to 92 then maybe the 80s

  3. Well, ZSL, DTO, TZA and EUO still working! It been a good two days. Waiting for Kli's short term objectives. It looks like silver will go to the 200 dma on the daily chart!

    ReplyDelete
  4. short terms objectives make money......EUO "should" be good for a move to the USD short term target of 76.5....

  5. Kli,

  13. Kli,

thanks, i was hoping you would post when you unloaded DTO, i played it safe and locked some profit in. i still have some riding, but i didnt want to get too greedy. i had a nice run the last few days, i didnt want to screw it up. thanks again, you market insights are invaluable, not always right, but damn good, you are great at anticipating possible moves, which in turn, minimizes risk. thanks again, your blog is fantastic.

  14. Chuck,

I pulled my trade today before the resistance of 2.50 for DSCO, got in heavy at the first 3 minutes of opening.

    P.S.

    Bill,

Did you see my post on PAL yesterday which said if 3.85 holds then moves up, I am trading PAL today, 3.85 held today and that gave me a good one.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Joe,
Thanks..I didnt see the 2.50 resistance but went back to daily and there it is the 50 sma is holding it back as we speak....

    ReplyDelete
  16. Chuck,

If 2.40 holds on DSCO, then it will try to test the resistance of 2.50 and make an assault for 2.68. I made my trade on DSCO, will watch the volume and see if 2.50 takes out or not. If you are a good trader, it makes no difference whether overall market is down or up, you can scalp stocks for good coin.

  17. I'm not a good trader...more of a great spotter!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Joe,
    I did see your post.
Busy here @ work, so no chance to play yet.
    Thanks!
    Bill

  19. Chuck,

Being s great spotter is excellent, keep spotting undervalued stocks and bring it here. You do not have to trade like I do, it also comes down to number of shares you play with, I play with real heavy shares so 0.15 to 0.50 gain is a lot and that way I reduce risk and add to reward.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Also ....oil traders don't forget the flood headlines that may get used to push oil up and squeeze the shorts again.....it would make a great DTO reentry in the next couple a days...Its all only noise.....but use it

  21. I'm playin a couple of the miners this morning small ball trades SSRI GFI HL......I think they may weaken the dollar to run up equities for a swing....we'll see also hnr

  23. Joe AEN looks like it will retreat to the mid .70's would it interest you then.

I sold my DTO pre market for nice coin. Anybody know support resistence for $WTIC.

  24. the pattern playing out on these small bios...both oxgn and dsco were huge reverse splits to tighten float, seems they were once high flyers and then destroyed, then big boys move in when sma's are bunched up...might be good for all to look at small bios with reverse splits...

SNSS is another one that comes to mine...

the bagholders in dsco and oxgn are still down heavy..

    ReplyDelete
  25. I have played DSCO 4 times over the years. Always sold a day or 2 before announcement always made good coin.

    ReplyDelete
  26. lakecabs...you've been holding back on us :)

    ReplyDelete
  27. anyone have any idea on how to find dollar bio stocks with previous splits over last year?

    ReplyDelete
  28. chuck.......busy at wurk will look it up latter but right now I don't know........

  29. kli,

you are right on with dollar....against euro needs to consolidate with euro push up on friday...it will build right shoulder if so...

    then the real fun...

    ReplyDelete
  30. Dave,

It depends on the volume, if AEN hits 0.70 and volume starts picking up then you might want to scalp it, as far as company itself, it's a piece of crap.

  31. Chuck,

look at OPTR, the FDA schedule is May 30th, between now and then this one is going to do fine, support around 12, any time it goes below 13, buyers come in.

    ReplyDelete
  32. joe, your right about tons of buyers in 12-13 range as it rides the 50sma, any thoughts on where it could end up...sure would like a retrace back to 50sma to get in..

    ReplyDelete
  33. Chuck,

If FDA is approved we are talking 18 to 20, before that till May30th it should go over 14 and possibly hit 16. When overall market is down, it falls into 12s and bounces back quickly into 13, we are only 2 weeks away from May30th FDA decision, and between now and then action is going to pick up.

  34. Joe,

Amaya Gaming just bought Chartwell Technology Inc., that cant be good for CRYP because Amaya most likely isnt going to be buying them. i am surprised CRYP hasnt sold off a bit. what doesnt make sense is Amaya has been buying shares of CRYP during the last week. any thoughts on this?

    ReplyDelete
  35. rudemood,

The only time I am interested in CRYP is if it drops heavy below $1 and then I might play it for squeeze, otherwise lot better fish in the sea to scalp. Low volume to me is a no no.

  36. Joe,
I dont like banks but a scenario you posted yesterday could be happening in WIBC...announced secondary today at 2.75...current 3.06..so if it goes below that 2.75 and finds a bottom...you ment'd rnn similar...first things first..needs to go lower than secondary..

    ReplyDelete
  37. All,

PZG hit 2.58 today and getting close to bottom, it still might test 2.40s but will go up regardless of action in Gold/Silver. If you recall I said 2.50s and we hit it today, HOMER did you buy more, start nibbling on it.

  38. LLEN seems to be holding 7.00 well. Investor conference later this month. Not sure how to read this one here. Seems it could slip under 7, and that would be a buy. Could explode up as well.

  39. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-05-12/investors-shifting-to-cash-from-commodities-as-outlook-dims-in-global-poll.html

Almost 1 in 3 of those questioned say they will hold more cash, while 30 percent intend to reduce investments in commodities, according to a quarterly Bloomberg Global Poll of 1,263 investors, analysts and traders who are Bloomberg subscribers. Both results were the highest since the survey began asking the question last June.

rest of article pretty good too..

Horatio..I still have some llen...seems to be the only real chinese company :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Look at the oil shorts getting squeezed again.....tell me this aint the dirtiest game in da world......hehehhehehe.....bot PZG now...small position

    ReplyDelete
  43. joe,

thamk you. i should start trading smarter. low float, low volume could be big price swings and too much risk.

    ReplyDelete
  44. If you are pulling the trigger on PZG, that implies that you think Silver may have bottomed. Still thinking silver $30? that would give the miners one nice final slam down. I'm holding my cash and my small slv put hedge (house money now)

    ReplyDelete
  45. Watched SLW trade higher today. There is resistance around 36. I still think "they" want to bring SLW down to 30.
I might take a chance and buy June Puts if it hits 36.

  46. Doc and horatio I believe your right on silver

    currency desk mgr's thoughts..

think we're finally in the midst of a broader US Dollar reversal, and I'd like to take advantage of EUR weakness in selling it against the resurgent USD. My sell target is a bit wide at the moment because I think we're in the midst of a short-term bounce. But I like selling in the 1.4300-1.4350 range, setting stops above recent congestion highs at 1.4450. A hold of thse levels would keep a wide head&shoulders formation intact and would target continued weakness. First target comes in at the 50% Fibonacci retracement of the 1.2850-1.4940 move at 1.3900.

    ReplyDelete
  47. horatio......very small position in PZG...would like the 2.50 to add.....

  48. I like 1.39 on the euro trade should get my 76.5 on the usd

  49. a block of LNG just went out the window.......nice bet it gaps up tomorrow....oh well its profit

  50. Horatio,

No, that's not what it means, price of Gold and silver might go down further but we are talking about JUNIOR miner when we talk about PZG which means on technicals PZG is starting to get real cheap even if there is more retracement on Gold/Silver UNLESS Gold/silver price completely collapses. PZG will be priced based on the reserves underground. PZG is mostly Gold, although it is working on silver as well. This is not SLW. Bottom technicals for PZG are 2.50, 2.40s, 2.25 and 2.15. Today it hit 2.58 and held.
