DO YOU FEEL LUCKY?

Well DO YOU? Apparently we may need to have some patience while we are bled a little more in this trade. We can't get a quick bullet to the head and save us our misery. It just doesn't work that way. This is going to be a war of attrition. It doesn't take a degree in rocket science to know how this plays out. Its going to play out just the way the bankers choose. Its already scripted. The only fly in the ointment is the ACTUAL bullion thats going out of the London bullion vaults to maintain the illusion that gold is only 1640/oz. During the last several weeks several hundred tons has left the the vaults and more is to follow. This will not be received well by the owners of that bullion. This will NOT be allowed to go on indefinitely at this price. Unfortunately for the governments that are on the next target list like Syria is its give it up or die.Control of its production will continue as the next enterprise. This task will have to be completed before the miners are allowed to rip upwards. But rip they shall. So if you do not have the patience here then you're in the WRONG trade.....

More importantly you may wish to start spending more time storing essentials in your home. There is nothing wrong with preparation. The worst that happens is your spouse rolls their eyes at you at your new found love for storing toilet paper and cans of food. I can identify with that. Guess what happens though if the need does arise from hyperinflation or a natural disaster or other man made disaster. You just might wish you spent a little of your free time preparing. I don't know if its going to be a SHTF type of scenario but I can afford to prepare.

Enjoy your free time if you are fully invested and waiting for the next long term move up in the miners. If you are still trading or you wish to comment daily then PULEEEZE do......that's the point of this blog.....YOUR COMMENTS! gl

  1. There seems to be an urgency to secure the physical gold as much and as fast as possible. The miners are being bypassed, too slow, MF Global suckers too papery. Sovereign nations, score! The question is why the urgency in the past year. While the general trading populace is too enamored trading Apple volatility. I am still out of the trades, with markets, elections and wars being more circuses why the bread is getting radioactive. Natural gas is getting slaughtered but CEOs are engaging in gamblers ruin to try and outlast their competitors.

    1. MF was more diabolical. It was at the very least a two pronged attack on the customers that were standing for delivery of the physical from the COMEX AND it was to secure the actual physical gold they had. Sovereign nations as you point out are very fat targets and sending in NATO troops only demonstrates just how desperate the game is. Of course if you can accomplish your purpose with mercenaries disguised as dissidents then of course that is more palatable to the sheeple here. Its beyond our control and awareness is really our only course......Nature is the ultimate arbitrator

  4. Great trade on Gale, gold hanging in there considering BB speaks this afternoon. Silver, not so much. GL everyone. Taking your advice seriously, got lots of tp & mini-bottles for barter (and drinking).

  8. Better than the mini bottles, learn how to brew your own beer :) It's not too tough with the kits now and you can even store those for awhile. Maybe I need to start stacking some Johnny Walker next to my metals pile ;)

  9. someone is buying OXGN down here....sister-be careful on astm..set a stop at 2.42 on your astm...they might drag it down to 2.20's if they want...

  10. NKTR making a move, but it has made moves before, only to then fall back. They report earnings after the close on 5/2. So, maybe there will be a run up before earnings.

I have thought about buying those minibottles too. It's on the todo list.

  11. Kliguy, looks like the great state of Missouri is moving in the "right" direction:

When the dreaded hyperinflation arrives, the Missouri House wants Missourians to be ready.

"Last week, the legislative body passed the Missouri Sound Money Act of 2012, which declares U.S. gold and silver coins to be legal tender in the state."

  15. now CNBC is trotting out Gartman to put the final nail in Gold.....hehehehhehe.....all coordinated to kill the trade.....I am beginning to take Red's theory on this that Gold is a much bigger threat to the money men than i gave it credit in being......they have got to get their hands on the metal before they let it go.......they want it ALLLLLL

  16. looks like the heavy bullion buyers stepped right into the paper short from the fed meeting and bought heavy load....that hurts the tricky bastards right where they live...lets see how the day plays out........buyers heavy in the 1620 area

  23. Picked up a nice chunk of HL JAN 14 $5 calls for 78 cents, just couldn't resist! This thing could continue to fall but miners are looking like they're finally sick of being smashed into the ground. HL is my current favorite for a nice bounce but I am sure there are plenty.

  26. Something is wrong with my screen. It's showing KGC green for the day!!!

  27. Yep could fall more for sure, just gotta take a stand eventually ;) Got a year and a half for it to go up about $1.50. I like those chances ;) Lots of traders got hurt today if they were going intraday. Negative real interest rates have gotta be cramping Ben's style.

  28. ben is trapped....only choice will be to continue some form of QE or it ALL collapses.....taking out the dollar and resetting with gold going gap up to 3000 like sinclair said is VERY possible this year...DO NOT DISREGARD HIM

  29. I do not hope for that outcome but am as positioned as well as I can be for it. Really wish I had some more time to acquire some dirt though.

  30. no dirt here yet either.....at least not directly

  31. Honest,

Thanks for your comments on NKTR.
Just my opinion, but I feel good about NKTR and I'm going to try to add & hold long term. I think if there is a biotech that could be bought out eventually, it is NKTR. Lots of products in development. But, then again, it is a biotech, and they can crash & burn in a heartbeat.

  32. Thanks, honest. I picked that one due to its story...my father & brother both died of heart failure...I only have 1,000 shares, may hold longer term. Or get stopped out & buy back cheaper or add. Unfortunately, very light vol. today. Are we still a nation of laws? But guys, it's good we have the Gartmans of the world to let us know what is truly happening. Hope everyone had a great day.
