I THINK ITS STUCK HONEY

Ben shoved it too far up this time.....THAT HURT. Not because of the depth of the beatdown but because of the timing. The set-up was so obvious with so many signs of a significant turn in the miners and PMs AND the Beige book today an ambush should be obvious too. The beatdown only delays the move and now my curiosity is really piqued. With so many strong hands developing in this trade a beatdown of any real significance seems absurd so its almost like watching a gladiator battle developing between the titans of this trade......The Fed, its Banks and hedges and the rest of the World. The rest of the world knows the fiat ponzi with the King Dollar as the reserve currency is fighting for its dominance and survival and is letting it slowly twist in its fiendish game of chicken. The masters of the Universe just happen to control the bulk of the world's bullion but they just aren't ready to pull the rip chord yet on the up ramp so we "extend". Nothing really you can do about it other than sit back and watch. If you have cash then congratulations watch for a volume turn on a red general equities market day. It should be a doozy and intraday. Otherwise you stack the physical if you don't need to trade the paper. This is the game I've talked incessantly about and its the game most retail traders cannot withstand. Hang tight.....BTW lest there be any doubt about today's Fedspeak...OF COURSE QE will continue. THEY CANNOT ANNOUNCE IT!...They can only DO IT. If they announced it today as official then commods would have exploded. IT CANNOT STOP.. THE FED WILL KEEP BUYING OUR DEBT AN BAILING OUT EUROPE......gl

  4. There is a long article on Phil's Stock World site written by Lee Adler. It is about how the FOMC minutes are a complete fabrication in order to push people out of commodities and into equities & treasuries. He actually uses the word "conomics" instead of the word "economics".

Looks like we are in for some pain. I still have some RWM so at least I can gaze at some green.

Tom, it seems to me that it is only a matter of time before the Internet gets censored. "Cyberbullying" is a hot topic here in the Northeast. "Bullying" is in the news constantly here and there is the constant clamor for the need for laws to control it. I think this is how they will begin to shut free speech down and come up with yet more laws to control us.

  7. this is the part where you expect some pundit to come out on CNBS and yell RUN! RUN! hehehhehehe... lotta strong hands in the equity PMs so this could be very interesting

  9. yup, this was obvious....the fed "dissent" was out there. let's see if gpl breaks 2.10...i think it will. might be painful but the trade is not over. As oil comes in miners become more profitable. Be patient spx may get to 1344 gpl 1.78 ish.

  10. Man, this is tough to watch. They are killing all the miners! Lot of red except SGG. They really want EVERYONE out of the trade!

  11. understand the game and don't watch....realize that "watching" is part of the game and you are part of the game.....hehhehe....its all about pain here

  12. Wow! In 2 days I went from being an "investor" in KGC to a "bag holder" hehehee. I will let the dust settle, then watch the march up. Good luck everyone.

  14. Sheeps ,

not sure GPL gets that low, i am banking on the huge inverse head n shoulders set up, both on the daily and weekly charts. seems like $2.00 may be the target. selling volume seems to be decreasing on these recent selloffs for it. best of luck. i am long ego, paas and gpl at the moment. not a good hat trick to have at the moment.

  17. time to go out an play golf.....lot less effort needed watching the tape now that I am "all in" and an "investor"......hehehhehe takes the "worry" outta the day

  18. Rude, just looking at the GPL chart from 5 bucks. The chart seems to need a lower low below 1.78 to complete 5 waves down. As long 2.10 holds then all is safe.

  19. Put the last of my cash to work this morning. I too am an investor now! Picked up some SSRI, KGC, GPL and PPP. Now I will go out and pick up some physical. Kli, your right, going outside to enjoy the beautiful day! Good luck to all!

  22. Sheeps,
When do you think Nat Gas makes the big turn for the long term? It cannot stay this cheap forever.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Rude, I think the over supply rhetoric is over blown. Yes there is a ton of supply cabablity I do not think it is on the grid of pipeline yet.

I would not be surprised to see nat gas supply constraints in the very near future. BTW In California the Sano Nuke plant is and has been off line. (I live within 15 miles of this) They have big problems there and the NRC is pissed of at them. I suspect SONGS as it is called will be off line for at least a year.

Cali is goig to burn a lot of natty when it gets hot. I suspect a lot of nat gas gets burned this summer as coal winds down.

  24. ok....leaving now to play...gl and good to see the commentary keep up the support ....back in a couple a hours

    ReplyDelete
  25. Thanks for the insight, sheeps. I still have sometime to wait. Looks like we will hit 440 on the $HUI. Could be support.....maybe

    ReplyDelete
  26. Rudy (sorry!) Natty has the possibility for another really big leg down too. Look at the price of Kold..when a reversion to the mean occurs it will be a big move. The nat gas industry will force this sooner or later.

  27. Another company I am develping an interest in but have not bought any shares is the recent IPO GLOG. They are going to build 7 ships to trasnport LNG. Japan needs it and we got and there is a large facility in BAJA california just constructed in 2009. The faility was to bring LNG to Baja and the Imperial County in California where many gas fired electrical plants have been built. My gues this pipeline gets reversed and naaty goes to Japan this way.

  28. Silver is getting destroyed today.

I'm thinking about buying. I have faith that Ben will do QE3 this summer.

  29. My GPL 2.10s got filled, might not be such a bad day after all......

    ReplyDelete
  30. "ANNOUNCING" QE and actual QE are two separate issues....debt issuance with the Fed as the only buyer has been in play for over three years now....that IS QE.....it has NEVER stopped ....they only create the illusion they are holding back......there are so many QE programs operating now that I cannot keep up and thats the one's we KNOW of. This will all end badly but for now....lets party....the casino is still open. The whole point to knocking gold and the PM trade down is to create an illusion for the peeps that the Fed is not printing funny money

  31. Kli,

Haha, after reading your commentary on gold/silver the past few weeks, today wasnt unexpected. as an "investor" i am long and stong with ego, paas and gpl. i dont include my chk since i have been trapped in that for awhile.

  32. BTW this is one crazy game with the bullion markets and it borders on a collapse right here.....there are forces at work actually playing with huge sums of money ready to accumulate at these gift levels and the cabal does NOT want them to get it......so go figure THAT one out

    ReplyDelete
  33. PMs up in Asia now. Not sure how the cabal keeps those mega players out. But look what they've done to Nat. Gas! I'm surprised it's profitable to take it out of the ground at just over $2/dth. I worked in the business & never saw prices like this, think when I left it was about $16.
