ALL THE KING'S HORSES

and all the King's men won't keep Humpty Dumpty together forever. Some of the readers of this blog may believe that I live in a bunker and eat dried beans waiting for the collapse, while hoarding gold and silver to emerge once the mushroom cloud clears. NO....unfortunately I'm not that smart...instead I enjoy many servings of "bread and circus" and encourage my family to do the same. At the same time it is made very clear to those close to me this is all an illusion and one day "Father Reality" will visit us all.  Having lived many years on this planet, I have been corrupted and weakened by the propaganda that is essential to maintain any fiat ponzi control system....after all...we are human.  Unlike some sheeple, I know that one day the music will stop and when it does, it will be very painful.  My sincere hope is the masters of the universe are humanistic enough to let the human race continue to survive intact without the devastating destruction a Supercycle economic and political collapse could bring. So yes.... I engage in some "bread and circus" to maintain sanity and I hope you do to. Now back to reality.

Any chain is dependent upon each link for its strength. Keeping an illusion of global fiat CONfidence requires maintaining a link of global cooperation the likes of which the world has not seen since the days of the Roman Empire. They of course failed as all do. The more recent empires in history were even more limited in their success at global domination and most likely so shall we. Power, hubris and hegemony ultimately end in collapse and history has always taught you this lesson. Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it as a famous ponzi participant once said.

The above picture illustrates one of the many weaknesses in the chain of the Ponzi. Having been involved in a large partnership, the egos and goals of the individual members always precipitated unpredictable events. This ponzi is no different and it will prove to be its undoing. Let the chess board of constantly changing technocrats play across the globe, but ultimately the game will be controlled by nature. Enjoy the noise next week. I'm watching closely as I did three months ago. gl

Meanwhile those that are waiting for sub1000 to buy MAY want to take some of your fiat and buy gold or especially silver at today's levels. 7. Monkey hammering hehehe... More like a good ole fashion wood shampoo! Looks like some blue light specials are up for grabs! Anyway all kidding aside there is no economy worth speaking of when Wallyworld is slowing down purchasing that's all you really need to know. If they didn't allow lowing the standards of underwriting auto loans GM would have flat lined a few years ago...

  11. Just another quick comment on the Car issue and part of this is their own making besides subprime loans that allowed cars to be sold to those that otherwise would have been moved to the used car market..... Cash for Clunkers pulled forward demand and now as you say they have a vacuum..with a poor used car market but don't worry soon when folks can no longer make payments you will be able to scoop up some hot bargains.....

  12. Is now official - ACA (Obamacare) exchanges are open. What a joke. People can't afford the premiums, so they will get a subsidy. Now the Bronze plan is a 60% insurance pays and 40% the individual pays. I have major expenses like cancer treatment or heart surgery that costs $200,000. Insurance pays $120,000 - I get an $80,000 bill. Truth is I can afford $200,000 as easily as $80,000 (heck, I need a subsidy to pay for the insurance that likely has a $5,000 deductible I can't afford!!! See - told you it was a joke....

  13. One of my good friends works at a prison here in Washington State. He said Obamacare just doubled his families health care rates. I don't think the Democrats have any clue how much damage Obamacare is going to do to the middle class. This thing is one big wealth transfer... the middle class getting milked dry for the sake of Obama's ego.

  14. They know EXACTLY what this is going to do ALL OF THEM, why do you think they EXEMPTED themselfs from it...... heheeeeee.

  15. Yes, Inlet. Let's face it...can't keep your plan, can't keep your Dr., Senate votes to maintain their subsidies...everyone will be paying the penalties until that's unaffordable. Another very sick takedown; you are so right, they don't want anyone in this trade.

    1. I suppose we could do something really odd like promote Wellness. That is, train & pay doctors/health professionals to teach good health habits such that patients become ill less often. And create incentives for patients to quit smoking, eat better, turn off the stupid television and exercise/lose weight. Maybe then we wouldn't need all the pills that are out there.
But, that would obviously upset very powerful players that make billions off of diseases.

Your right though the whole purpose of ACA is to get to Single Payor Guberment HC, just wait till you need a procedure under that mess......

  22. The problem with GM has nothing to do with the sky falling. It's an example of what happens when the government takes over a given industry and proceeds to **** things up, the same way Obamacare will do to the healthcare industry.

You'll know when the collapse is near once all the doomers throw in the towel and/or start going bullish. Looks like Karl Denninger has also given up, so slowly, we must be getting there, but not yet.

  27. So what if car sales "are crashing this quarter"? Back in February, things weren't looking good for Europe (and Germany), either. Fast forward 8 months, and Western Europe has turned the corner and things have stabilized. The point is, the sky is not falling, and in a couple of quarters, car sales in the US will probably do the exact same thing, as the economy slowly chugs along. Markets will continue higher, while gold and miners will be range-bound, mostly on the lower side. Those are my predictions and I will stick with that. Any falls off any cliffs are years away, if at all, again, IMHO.

My apologies to all readers of this blog for not constantly beating the drum of doom and gloom. I see the good out there, I see the bad, and ultimately life goes on.

Its fine to portray yourself as an "optimist" just don't be a "pollyanna" and miss the reality of what is occurring around you. My guess is you have always been someone that believed what the status quo would have you believe and loyally supported your political party....voted regularly...took your GMO, vaccines, and fluoride like a good soldier. That's fine for sheep, but there are others that want to understand just why their constitution has been usurped and HOW its going to impact us. As far as gold and silver go......YOU will NEVER own any, that is obvious to me. So don't delude yourself or readers here that you will "buy" when its below 1000......IF it gets there and it may.....YOU will be watching for a "lower" number to buy....Someday you will "wake-up" and see what happened to your country and you "MAY" realize why the "doomers" were sounding an alarm....then again....you'll probably be working for DHS..............;-)
