I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU CAN'T SEE IT

Just another crazy citizen wondering what happened to the constitution and speaking about his concerns. Only this guy is a former Marine Colonel that fought in Iraq and understands exactly what the end game is. Will anyone listen? Will they care? Like he say's at the the end. You'll always find free cheese in a mouse trap.

Wonder if it went to some who helped destroy Benghazi or just some more shifting to banksters?
Why have they destroyed doctors? They want medicine ala Cuba? Or basically no medicine at all. The drs. I know who are doing best are fertility specialists.

    1. doctors were an obstacle to the take down of medicine by big pharma/big hospitals/big insurance/ The health care dollar needed to be diveed up and the first casualty was going to be quality of care for the patient. Doctors were still a loud voice 30 years ago in national health care decisions and needed to be marginalized. Through a myriad of incremental changes ( boiling a frog) their voice was eventually silenced ( now only token even on a local hospital level) All decisions in health care are from a "mandated" central command level. They were an easy target through divide and conquer strategies pitting one specialty against another on a national level ie......reimbursement to Cardiologist raised while primary care cut or Radiologist a few years later while Primary care raised 5 %. Meanwhile hospital bylaws and Federal regs targeted Doctor's autonomy for patient decision making. Then insurance reimbursement began targeting individual specialties (one at a time)... Then rural vs urban payments.....and on and on. The kabuki theater today is just more of the same as they finish off some of the specialties that survived. Its funny because MOST docs are now UNDER THE EMPLOYMENT of a hospital/HMO/gov......and DONT EVEN BILL OR operate their own offices....hehehhehehehehhe......99% of docs are so busy struggling to meet their "assigned production quotas" they don't even know how they were screwed.......THEY'RE FOCHIN' SHEEP....(not you doctrader)......but you know what I mean......anyway its MUCH more complicated but in all tyrannies......the docs were the first to be taken out and shot......can't have that big mouthed influential group shouting "foul" to their patients........so they were killed first......usually literally....

      Delete
    2. BTW lest anyone think that the doctor's greed was not part of the equation in divide and conquer is mistaken......BUT they still had a significant percentage of physicians that fought for patient care. So the game was to pay off the greed side and wipe out the voices....... IT worked

Vietnam, held in Hanoi Hilton for almost 8 yrs. Told a couple of heart-wrenching stories...his first wife had him declared dead and remarried (he didn't mention that). Thoroughly disgusted with all that's happened in D.C.

  2. No argument here Kli. I think you summed it up pretty well.
I suppose I am a bit of a sheep since I am human and humans tend to follow one another. But, I am just not the best follower and I have always been suspicious of things. Hence being part of your blog. One day, the world just didn't make sense so I went on my quest to "figure it out". I've been trying to figure it out ever since, and much of what I have discovered has made me sad.

Yes, Primary Care and Medicine in general is being destroyed. The "Doctor-Patient" relationship is becoming toast. But, I have always tried to stay ahead of the curve and made changes in my practice that has saved me so far. Hopefully I can keep doing that.

    1. good luck doc.......the bottom line is its the patient that is truly the ultimate responsibility of the oath of medicine and that JUST CAN'T be allowed......primary care will ultimately be provided for the most part by "extended care providers" ... MOST patients will never see a primary care doctor in their lifetimes... only nurse practitioners and PAs......which will be charging physician prices collected by the hospitals that own the clinics.....hehehheheheh......diabolical.....but effective.....

  3. Pretty much spot on regarding the destruction of INDIVIDUAL PATIENT/DOCTOR healthcare relationships and I recognize the strawman argument about greed as for every dirt bag you read raping the system there are dozens more Doctors that their oath seriously and really just scratch by...

Unfortunately far to many have closed their private practices and as you said gone to work for the man....

Looking at the bigger picture beyond greed how else can you control a population besides what the retired Colonel in the above video stated with a domestic Army? btw have you seen what they are doing out in Nevada with that cattle rancher?....... Disgusting!!!!

    Control the distribution of HealthCare.....

  5. Sheeps,

Here, patients in general are happy with their insurance. What has been happening is that it has become the doctor's job to make sure the patient's insurance will cover the patient's particular needs. So, rather that simply practicing medicine and ordering various tests & medications, doctors now need to make sure what they order actually gets covered. Each year, this has become worse.
When I first went into practice, I could order whatever I wanted. Eventually, expensive medications needed prior approval. Now, even some inexpensive generic medications need prior approval. MRI's, CT's, & some stress testing need prior approval. All this takes time, which lessens time with the actual patient.
One year, an insurance will have Nexium be the preferred PPI. The next year, Nexium is kicked off the formulary and Protonix will be preferred, so all those patients need to switch over. The following year, it may go back to Nexium. There is one insurance here that used to cover 9 pills a month for generic Imitrex. Now, they have gone down to 8 pills. I say to myself "Really!!", they are saving on one generic Imitrex per month.
What scares me is that this micromanagement will grow progressively worse.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I understand that Doc. When Kli say's Kaiser is "vertically integrated" this means each facility owns MRI, CT and stress test equipment some sites staffed 24/7. Kaiser rarely goes outside their own people to get tests done. I think it is a good model.

Our PCF will do skype visits. Our PCF says because of Bummer Care He had to take on more patients. He seems a bit stressed.

I feel for you Doc. When administrative tasks take more time than face to face patient time..there problem. Must be a struggle.

    3. Red,

I think you are being overly harsh.
We can always make the case that it was someone else's land going back 10,000 years or so. It is my understanding that Budny was paying grazing rights up until 1993 when a dispute occurred. He is willing to pay grazing rights again--but to the county and not the BLM.
I certainly have no expertise in land management, but it would make sense to me that in the desert, cattle should range over a large area to minimize any impact. If the cattle just grazed on his own land, I suspect that land would become ruined. The Feds/BLM own 80% of the land in these areas. So, what are the options for ranchers??

Here on Kliguy, we go on & on that we are "sheep" and we are "owned" and no one is doing anything about it. So finally, we have this Budny-guy who stands up to the Feds/BLM and actually wins (for now). I say Kudo's!! to him. At least he is someone who has pushed back.

  40. The Bundy issue with cattle grazing on pulic desert land is a huge and very complex envirnmental issue with ramifications beyond the scope of my comment here. As in many of these type of confrontations it is not clearly a black and white or good guy bad guy issue. What is NOT disputable is there is increasing militarism in these citizen conflicts that will eventually end very badly and likely trigger a much wider conflict. As noted recently people are sick of the heavy handed militarized police and any push back is long overdue. Red is correct in that the underlying issue here has some significant "shades of gray"........too bad the citizens didn't stand up like this against the Patriot act or NDAA etc........maybe this will wake people up

    1. People usually only take a stand when it serves their self interest, especially when entitlements or special rights are curtailed or eliminated. The media plays these individuals up because they can be easily taken down since their hands are not so clean feeding from the government trough. Their militant supporters are further tagged on the NSA database to be addressed when the economic fallout of Ukraine come around. Very few "farmers" could survive without sucking on the government subsidies be it tax credits, public lands, price supports. As the petrodollar hegemony breaks down you will see more and more formerly entitled groups lashing out, that is what all those rounds of ammunition and special vehicles are for.

    2. Red,
I agree with your comment above.
Still, it appears that Budny was paying something to use public land up to 1993.
So, what is to become of our public land? Just zone it off so no one can use it? Seems to me that the Government can and will come up with any reason what-so-ever to "protect the land" which may then interfere with people's livelihood. More control in the Land of the Free.
Chris Hedges has tried to bring attention about NDAA. I think people are waking up.

    4. Heeheehehe the question is "Who isn't feeding at the Government trought".

Just because Bundy may or may not be receiving subsidies is no reason for the government to surround his ranch and put his family in the cross hairs, this was nothing but a raw abuse of power just like the raid on the Garden of Eden farm in Arlington Tx and for once whether right or wrong the man didn't back down and to me that's winning and its about dam time.....

The DC crowd can usurp the rule of law daily and make no bones about it yet property owners rights get chit on constantly via local regulations, eminent domain, epa regulations ect....

The public land issue is BS too, what purpose does holding all that land off the open market and not allow it to be productive??? Why is public land so controlled as we saw during the Government Shutdown.... Its supposed to be ours!

Since you brought it up, if I'm not mistaken most if not all rebellions have been in one form or another started due to self interest and usually it has been to get out from under someone else's jack boot...
