PLANETARY IMPLOSION

Well maybe a little "popping first"…. as in bubble popping. Is this the long awaited for "correction"…or maybe the often predicted "collapse"?? I would suggest that at the very least this year will see some profound fear enter into the fiat's final stage. As many of you are aware all fiat currencies eventually will reach their final value…ZERO. The difference in our current predicament is HOW MANY currencies are involved at the same time in propping up the Western Block. If ANY of the Western countries fall the result will be a contagious collapse of epic proportions. Right now it is just a balancing act of controlled devaluations. Massive debt continues to build in the largest of the fiat ponzi culprits. Look at the East too. China and Japan have tremendous debt that is starting to stagger mathematicians.

So what it boils down to is just how long can the "trust" continue between West and East. How long between the Developed nations and the Developing nations will real resources be traded for an increasingly worthless currency? Can you imagine holding hundreds of billions of dollars in reserve when the next round of printing hits the blocks? Do YOU have CONfidence that the mountain of dollars you've stored in your vaults will NOT be devalued 50% over a period of just two or three years? Maybe that is a reason that numerous swaps in other currencies other than the petrodollar is in play now. Maybe these countries believe that some other currencies make more sense….just in case.

How does it play out? What will be the CONfidence breaker? What will tip the dominoes? Go ahead and play that game. Its fun and it will occupy a lot of your idle time. Or as I do …enjoy your time with your loved ones and quietly keep preparing, just in case the CON doesn't succeed…..because if the CON goes an awful lot of pain is coming…gl

As for the BLM fees, the simplest solution would have been to treat them as unpaid income and let Bundy deal with the IRS on the penalties and interests but that does not make good circus headlines.

    5. Thanks Red,

I didn't think of this in the way of choosing sides, the one evil I see is "US", on both side of the fence are Americans, yeah playing for different teams if you will but still Americans. It sickens me see Americans drawing on each other let alone be willing to kill one another, for what??? In the end those that choose the blue team will be turned on as quickly as those currently on the red team there is no safe haven and unfortunately those that naively support "Law and Order" will be seen as supporting tyranny over time I fear . It is OUR fault that WE live in these interesting times and let things get to this point via greed, apathy and/or stupidity but none the less we are here. My jubilation if you will in this first salvo was that no one got HURT and it nice to see the Fed back down given all the recent heavy handed antics as of late...... However this is not over by a long shot, Bundy poked the bear and while he enjoys a brief respite he doomed his family and way of life unfortunately for him. I'm not sure this was the intended outcome as a matter of fact I'm pretty certain it was not, ie planned media distraction but it as you have pointed out has kept eyes from other current events.

I my opinion people are beginning to see what should have been seen 40 years ago and sooner or later someone was going to bow up and resist, too little too late, unfortunately, as we are all boiled frogs..... As you always seem to know more than most, I'm certain there is more to this guy Bundy then can be found digging through goggle but my question is, is he anymore of a freeloader than Warren Buffet ie: Netjets and unpaid taxes? The rest is just noise, Sage Grouse, Desert Tortoise, Fauna ect.... If that was truly the driving force in all this then they would close the Southern Boarder ASAP as that desert ecosystem is just as fragile and getting trampled on worse by hoards of humans as those here in question...... What ever the outcome ends up I truly hope that there is no blood spilled on either side....

Anyway back to the business of the Matrix

I dunno. I doubt it. Not there do not know the situation other than face value....

I do get the year 1870.

I do understand the GRIT it takes to run cattle out there.

So I am here for the Cowboy. I am here for the tortise. They are in a symbiotic relationship at this point.

Go ahead make my day and take the cattle of the range. Seriously, do ya think the land goes back to "pristine" or what ever that is? like now?

Nope. prolly take 200 hundred years or more. Any tortie that's there are in a symbiotic partnership with cattle.

Take the tortie out of the equation.

Put into the equation a HERITAGE of a way of life. Warts or not. needs protecting. Can't fix the land. What we can save is the way of life...of the cowboy.

I feel much better with cattle out there than another USELESS solar field.....in the middle of NO WHERE.

  19. The tortoise is a loophole, I doubt they really care about it or the sage grouse for that matter. Those in power need an alternative use of the land that pays in term of trade and energy. Self serving, yes. As for the free loading farmer, it has served its purpose in working up everyone as the world is on the precipice of another economic collapse and war. The feds stole the lands historically and gets to set the rules. Minor issue considering it also now steals lands, resources and oil abroad , with collateral damage and dead civilians worldwide, to subsidize Bundy's way of life. Just not interested in personally taking a bullet for the Bundy's self serving attitude. But again getting distracted because it is a hot button issue being very well played.

  21. Quidk word regarding land use in the west.....desert/high country ecosystems are very fragile with water rights incredibly powerful in these areas. Cattle have TREMENDOUS impact on these fragile ecosystems and I have seen their damage first hand many times. The PTB don't give a chit about that but they do give a chit about building a system of tyranny with militarized police/feds and this was only a test case for them (if nothng else) As red noted your names and participation are duly noted. gl all ...and pay attention to how the latest hot war plays out

Regarding the rancher v. gov't., most are unaware that the largest landowner in the U.S. is the federal government so I'm not sure why they can't find another place to put the solar field. Sorry, I see overreach.

  26. .....high desert fauna. ..

After 130 years of cattle not much native fauna there. High desert plants do not like nitrogen of cow manure and the cow eat what does try to grow. You can bet that bundy feeds a lot of hay to those cows. Still, if a solar field was to go in there would be zero fauna. Solar fields are graded flat.

There are plenty of lwas pased that I have to live with such as NAFTA. Bundy has found a way to fight a law he does not agree with and I tip my hat to him at this point. Still I do not know enough about the case to be certain.

  29. OK,...I am getting back to the Budny theme.

All of us possess "self interest"--reference John Nash's work. So, we are born into a country, grow up, develop our interests/skills, and then set out on our careers. Since we have innate self interest, we will choose and work at goals to benefit ourselves and family. The Government has in place the various benefits/laws that we need to work with. So, we look at those and choose which may benefit our goals/self interest.
I think it is only natural to take advantage of those various Government benefits, tax advantages, etc. that are available at the time. Why would you not want to do that? If you have a mortgage on your home and the interest is tax deductible, why would you not want to do it? But, I think we need to be aware the Government may change the "rules" at any time and you need to be prepared and flexible. If you rely too heavily on a benefit (example: Social Security as your sole retirement), you will be disappointed with the loss of money's purchasing power.

So, getting back to Budny, I think Red's point is that Budny has relied too heavily on his cattle's "right" to graze on public land. Now that the Government wishes to change that, Budny has no choice but to fight back. He has no "plan B" in place. Red looks upon him as a freeloader.
Still though, I think we will all find that we have taken various Government advantages here and there and not even realize that we are doing so. How do you live "Government benefit free, and still interact within your world and make some type of living?

This situation in Nevada is just the most recent in a long list of actions similar to this by agencies like BLM, EPA, NLRB, OSHA, IRS, etc. in the last 40-50 years, and over time it has gotten more frequent.
