BEATDOWN!

Slaughter, chaos, devastation, and disruption. The Four Horsemen of the Metals Trade. Why participate in such a trade if you maintain its rigged? Well, it is rigged. Its all rigged and its all rigged in different time elements to maintain an overall illusion to prevent a complete loss of CONfidence in a fiat ponzi system. Its not a complicated meme.

So lets get back to the original question of why you should participate in a rigged metals trade. Better yet, lets just stay with the paper miner trade and discuss briefly why self-abuse seems like an unlikely way to make money in a rigged casino.

Let's define the Wall Street definition of what a "Beatdown" is. A Beatdown is a mechanism of behavioral change applied to jello-like intellect that is participating in a herd behavior interaction expecting a near term intense reward. The said mechanism (a beatdown) is applied just as the serotonin receptors in the above conditioned brain is at its most vulnerable state. As the screaming receptors are engulfed in their anticipated feeding frenzy of a most succulent, delicious meal, the silver platter of said meal is flipped completely upside down and thrown against the wall in front of said deluded dining guest. Then said guest is beaten severely about the head and body with the heavy silver platter until the message of hubris and gluttony is thoroughly absorbed.

How does this beatdown this week compare in terms of all the other beatdowns we have endured?  It seems relatively similar in terms of when it happened. Silver and gold were threatening a breakout confirmation which would have brought in the Momos on the sideline and would have sent the signal the "something" is wrong with the Fed/ponzi policy.  BUT what I found interesting was just how hard the miners were dispatched. Most of my miners had been performing well this year and were up since Jan 1 around 50% on average from their Dec lows, but their volume was somewhat lackluster and they weren't having large percentage/large volume daily as a group to any great degrees. In other words they didn't have strong conviction indicators yet. I have strong conviction in the longer term trade this year in the miners but this daily cycle as opposed to the first daily cycle of last years move didn't scream out to me so I felt an ambush was coming.....a Beatdown. I mistimed its intensity and re entered too early with my cash.....greed and patience.

Do I care? Sure, but from a longer term point of view it matters little to my overall thesis and that is there is a very big move in miners coming this year. So I will be patient and no I will not invest in Amazon. The "Beatdown" shows me this trade is what they want me and you OUT of. They want us out of the miners because the boyz want the shares cheap and will run them up again this year again. Good luck if you can hold on.

    1. Sure......but most likely you either won't believe or trust them.....or the timeline could be so brief that by the time you realize your lying eyes, the price will be over 60......ie it will be such that only the most astute will notice and most likely they already have their physical in storage. As far as miners, they will be the leader in price but again not enough believability for most to latch on to them. Just look at the past 15 months.....NO ONE believes we are in a bull in the miners

Its more complicated than just the CIA paying NK.....NK receives funding through multiple sources which receive their pay from intermediaries of the Western Banking Cartel, which is ultimately funded by the dollar. The dollar is the key mechanism of these proxy wars. The goal is to maintain the Western dominance at this time which is at this point the Cartel......at this point that is.

  6. Beatdown ! You should still keep buying cause this is the biggest bull market in miners kliguy has ever witnessed. It's quite ok if your down 30 to 50 percent on your miners cause eventually you will get your money back IF you don't get shaked out. Plus you may make money eventually in the next 10 years cause the miners are in a bull market baby ! Kliguy doesn't really care about the beatdown cause he bought everything cheap. What he does not realize is that he is 1
out of 100 people who bought on the cheap. Everybody else lost money on miners even the pompous assholes on here who just make fun of people everyday and kiss kliguys ass.

GORO was 1.17 EXK was a buck......and like any weak leaf you fell for their game......hehehheheheeheh.....missing on a chance to have made 6,7, and 10 baggers.......in less than 6 months..........instead you lost money

He was perfectly happy where he was. One of his local competitors (smaller) O Rileys did go public and the rest is history. They were younger and could see the ponzi money flowing from the scam. Kohl's, Target, Macy's, Sears, and dozens of other retailers reported awful holiday sales.

Jay, I've had a good deal of success watching trends and playing them accordingly. I also never go for "jackpots", but small trades that add up over the year. It's amazing when you make anywhere from $500-2000 in a trade, seems like small potatoes, but if you have 20-30 of them in a given year, you're talking about some serious $$. For instance, 3 weeks ago, I bought some Smith & Wesson before earnings, pure speculation based on all the gun control talk and the company announced solid numbers and I made a cool $1700 profit for 2 days work, not bad.

You are very smart by staying off gold and miners, the trend is down. And no, that's not what "they" want you think Jay, miners are garbage, have been for 4+ years, and there will be no "rotation" into miners. Kli is dead wrong on this. I'm not happy per se when he's wrong, I'm just astounded how keeps double and tripling down all the way to zero. It's a combination of sheer lunacy and being stubborn and not admitting getting on the wrong side of the trade. The amount of opportunity cost lost on miners and gold over the past 5 years compared to the performance of the stock market is immeasurable and cannot be recovered ever again. Only a total fool like Kli fails to see that.

That's right Jay, along with other commodities, gold will be hit hard in 2016 and beyond and most of Kli's miners will go bankrupt as the price of gold falls below production costs, very simple. In the short term, next 2-3 weeks, I see gold heading to the 1020-1030 area, and if you want to make some quick $$, take a look at DGLD, the 3x inverse ETF. I bought some yesterday and today, will add more if there's any suckers rally in gold.

One of the best plays of 2016 will be shorting gold and DGLD is my preference, but there are other options, please do your own DD. And remember, these are not buy and hold plays, quick trades of 1-2 weeks, sometimes less.

  31. You morons actually think I have posted here under different names. Kli I really thought you were smarter than that, I guess you aren't that smart.

My good friend follows you Kliguy, he bought AG at $12 last year and he's only down 40 percent on his trade. Wonder how many more people followed your advise and are now cursing you out.

    1. How much did he buy at $12? That's a pretty big loss, he could be buying now at 7.50!

CS, I owe you an apology, I am sorry I mixed you up with other posters.
That being said, CS please go fuck yourself.

    3. BTW Skippy you can buy AG at 12 and I am sooooo sad your friend didn't understand WHY he was buying the miner...but unless he sold when the boyz BEATDOWN came he hasn't lost a dime..its all paper Skippy and its all part of the ponzi. I think you need to review what stocks do ....they "pullback" and they go "up".....go back and review a monthly chart on miners from 2000 and more specifically a gold chart from 2000....."I know you won't"

    4. Your strategy in 2016 was just a lil flawed skippy .....pure genius my boy

    1. Looking at the silver weekly spot chart, since last Aug the pattern has been 2 week corrections. Coincides with Inlet's cycle chart, aaannnd the RSI MACD indicators on a lot of our miners. Right about here CS should be shorting, Hard and often if this turns mon or tues. Gold, showed sideways grinding following the big Jan-Feb move through most of April before the next leg up hit. We are right at that "launch level again". CS- check with mumma on this one. lol

  33. Going into the close green, my happy lil junior is +14% today and @ 52 wk high (market cap tripled this week!), EXK & Goro ramped up to +9% (Isn't GORO one of CS's faves?) and Primero just doesn't seem to be getting any love, Sister. @.53 might buy a little, just in case it jumps so I could say, like CS, "I bought PPP @ .53" even though it was 20 shares. Could be a head fake here or a lot of fun next week.

That junior might buy me a corvair, or some phys...

    1. Tinka Resources- TK.V or TKRFF https://www.tinkaresources.com/

      Strategic Conclusion

When I am looking at a junior explorer/developer, I get interested in possibly acquiring shares when I can analytically justify a 10 fold run up in the share price (after several years), assuming the company's flagship operation goes into production. This is something I have been able to do with Tinka Resources and after praying on it (as always) I received the green light to begin accumulating shares in some client portfolios. Tinka has an interesting story that is worth watching. Given the substantial need for greenfield zinc deposits, the shares could runup substantially in the years to come.

  34. From Seeking Alpha, Sister:

As you can hopefully tell from my above fundamental analysis, I'm having a hard time being too positive on Primero. The stock is going to need to have a turnaround year in 2017 for costs, or is going to need a lot of help from gold to move back towards profitability. The company is one of my least favorite miners from a fundamental standpoint, but the valuation is beginning to look attractive if either of these scenarios occur. The company seems to be left for dead based on the chart and valuation, and this could be presenting an opportunity to be a contrarian.

  35. Week summary 3-10
So the “another red candle” mention from last week played out, and then a yawn-inducing rest of week followed – I noticed Inlet’s post, and agree with the premise that upside in the short term has a leash on it, since we will oscillate our way back and forth in a range that can even trend moderately downward until we are set for the big bull phase. Nice pops on the 4 horsemen end of week – for swing side, there is room for a quick sell for 2 days before reversal up from my analysis, but that is worst case. A swing entry here is fine even if early by a TD or two. SSRI - don’t sweat some under-performance on occasion versus the others, the longer term perspective is where that one shines in a very big way. One thing to note for the GDX proxy with the lower high in place, the trend line from 8/12/2016 – 2/8/2017 is now another item to watch as the trade develops going forward. Interesting week upcoming, should be entertaining.

  36. good posts today....sorry i couldn't enjoy the fireworks .....aree on Primero. but also be aware that GORO is very cheap with EXK here.....chop for near term days to weeks to shake out the dumb money......mistake/surprise will be to the upside so linger on the sidelines more risky now at these levels......again we are in paper and the boyz have to play here so their play is to keep out the weenies from the miner party until they are ready to rip it. They may have another leg down for a finishing touch but don't get caught waiting too long.

  38. Also, debt ceiling expires on Wed., but G-20 meetings on Fri./Sat. so gold could go either way. Personally think markets in general up due to G-20. Also will be interesting to watch direction of the dollar.
